Five For Frunday

Well, here it is Sunday again and I am finally getting to Five for Friday.  Ugh!  So here we go, my week in review.

Last weekend, we had fun with family friends decorating eggs, eating and enjoying family time.

These were my son's hands after egg dying.  He told me they were the hands of an artist!

All week in class, we finished up all of our American Symbols projects and the kids put together their museums.  They worked so hard and were so excited for the big day.

We have been learning about 3D shapes, which fits well with the Washington Monument.

Mr. Fantastic First Grade Froggy and our son (the docent) at his museum.

While prepping stuff for next week, I copied the April in the news article for Earth Day onto regular sized paper instead of 11 x 17 and it worked great too!  I usually make a couple of color copies and then black and white for the kids to take home with them.  They love these.

Baseball is in full swing at my house.  Between watching major league and watching my little guy, I just love this time of year.
